Facciamo con serietà e passione questo mestiere dal 1966. Era una epoca in cui pensavamo che il mondo non sarebbe mai cambiato. Invece è cambiato, brutalmente potremmo aggiungere, a causa della rivoluzione digitale e la globalizzazione e niente è stato più come prima. 

Eppure noi non abbiamo gettato la spugna e non abbiamo ceduto alle lusinghe del facile guadagno attraverso un'offerta scadente. Ogni giorno lavoriamo per difendere la tradizione gastronomica del territorio cui apparteniamo e la nostra  identità di ristoratori, pur adeguandoci ai gusti emergenti e alle nuove esigenze nutrizionali. E' per questo che abbiamo deciso di andare incontro a quello che viene definito "fast food" con una idea tutta nostra. Stiamo parlando di un tipo di ristorazione di qualità che tiene conto di nuove esigenze  e capacità di spesa. Abbiamo inserito nei nostri menu tanti piccoli sfizi come le maxi bruschette super farcite, focacce, hamburger prelibati con carni pregiate, verdure grigliate, pani fatti in casa con farine e semi di qualità.  In buona sostanza, da noi è possibile godere di un ottima cena, ricca di sapori e curiosità a prezzi molto contenuti. 

Pensiamo, senza falsa modestia,  che da noi puoi essere un po' più felice.

We have been doing this job with seriousness and passion since 1966, when it seemed that the world would never change. Instead it has changed, perhaps even brutally, with the arrival of the internet and globalization and nothing has been the same as before.

Yet we have not thrown in the towel and we have not succumbed to the lure of easy money through a poor offer. Every day we work to defend the gastronomic tradition of the territory to which we belong and our identity as restaurateurs, while adapting to emerging tastes and nutritional needs. This is why we decided to go towards what is called "fast food" with our own idea. We are talking about a type of quality catering that takes into account new needs and spending capacities. We have included in our menus many small treats such as super stuffed maxi bruschetta, focaccia, delicious burgers with fine meats, grilled vegetables, homemade breads with seeds and flours with various cereals. Basically, with us it is possible to enjoy an excellent dinner full of flavors and curiosities at very low prices.
